Hello! I am currently a Journalist with CNN in Atlanta, GA with experience in reporting, and producing, within the TV news sector. I strive to bring authenticity to traditional news standards and have a history of seizing opportunities with integrity. I am committed to being a creative voice, adeptly navigating the intersection of traditional and modern broadcast media. My work includes developing content from inception to execution in both broadcast and digital-first newsrooms, complementing my on-air reporting skills and enabling me to connect with audiences beyond the camera.

 

During my time in Orlando, FL I contributed to the launch and development of FOX Television Stations national streaming service, LiveNOW as a Digital Host. By sharing content, resources, and expertise, we established a strong and unified presence within the streaming landscape, reaching audiences across the country with live, timely news coverage. During my time as a live Digital Host, I also produced news coverage of significant events such as the Derek Chauvin trial, Hurricane Ida, the Astroworld concert tragedy, the January 6th insurrection, and Russia's war on Ukraine and extensive hurricane coverage. 

 

My professional journey is guided by my passions for public service and in-depth storytelling. After serving with U.S. Civil Service Corporation, AmeriCorps, I remain dedicated to empowering communities through the dissemination of information. Growing up in New Orleans, a city rich in art and culture, has also profoundly shaped my professional interests. Thus, alongside hard news coverage, I have a deep-rooted passion for cultural topics as well.  I also hold a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
